Customer Service Workshop

This interactive workshop encourages participants to recognize their role as representatives of Farmingdale State College and their responsibility to consistently provide a professional and engaging experience for parents,students, and everyone they interact with. In addition, participants will learn solution-focused customer service strategies, effective interpersonal skills, and how to effectively communicate with challenging individuals.

The workshop will be held at the SBDC Conference Center at Farmingdale State College.
