The webinar, “Long Island’s Offshore Wind Supply Chain”, will explore the size of the United States’ and global offshore wind industry and learn about the wind value chain and the life-cycle of wind turbine components. The webinar will discuss and identify the supply chain opportunities and challenges for Long Island’s offshore wind industry. We will also introduce a roadmap for Long Island businesses to venture into the offshore wind industry. In particular, the sustainability and innovation opportunities will be discussed.

In the second part of this webinar, modeling cable damage for undersea cable networks will be discussed. This portion of the webinar will also highlight how to avoid cable damage, fault detection, isolation and finding the root cause of the cable damage.
