Yoga Fusion by Betty Lynn

Combining elements of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, Betty Lynn will guide you through a sequence that is mindful, yet both invigorating and restorative. Focusing on proper alignment and breathing techniques in each posture, you will reach a new level of clarity for the body, mind and soul in this class; with a focus on variation, exploration, and novelty. Unique sequences and postures will be presented each class, with detailed cues to guide positioning, placement, correct alignment and transitions between the postures. After this class you should feel refreshed, rejuvenated and renewed!
