On-Campus COVID Testing

In partnership with Enzo Biochem, Farmingdale State College offers walk-in COVID testing (nasal swab) on Monday, 7/27 from 10 am-3 pm in the white tent behind the Health and Wellness Center.

Testing is available to all active members of the campus community (students, staff, and faculty) regardless of their return tier.

No appointment is needed.

• Before you come to campus, you must complete the daily screening tool on My FSC for students and staff/faculty. If you answer yes to any of the screening questions, you cannot come to campus. 
  Save the email from the response form on your phone as proof of screening.
• Bring your Farmingdale ID and insurance card.

Please be sure to accurately and legibly provide your name, DOB, RAM number (if student), address, etc.
Test results will take 2-3 days. You will be contacted by the Health and Wellness staff.
