To the Campus Community:

Our campus community continues to inspire me with outstanding examples of kindness and concern for others on this campus. I hope you will help me recognize these people with the CARES award.

Please think about the people you know who go above and beyond normal expectations during the course of their workday. Whether they are members of the faculty, classified, or professional staff, please consider nominating one of these outstanding colleagues for a CARES award.

CARES stands for Commendation and Recognition for Excellence in Service. I am confident that you may know of individuals who truly exemplify this award. Remember that all members of the campus community can submit nominations. Some of our most heartfelt nominations have come from students.

The CARES Award winners will be honored at the fall 2021 Convocation on Wednesday, August 25 at 9:30 a.m.

Please submit your CARES nomination by noon on Friday, May 14.
