2025 W-2 Forms
To Faculty and Staff:
The 2025 Form W‑2 for employees is now available.
- New York State Payroll Online (NYSPO): The 2025 Form W‑2 is now available through self-service.
- Paper Copies: Printed W‑2 forms were picked up by the U.S. Postal Service on January 22, 2026 and
mailed to the home address you have on file.
We encourage all employees to access their W‑2 electronically for faster and more
convenient retrieval.
How to Access Your W‑2 in NYS Payroll Online (NYSPO)
- Visit: https://www2.sysadm.suny.edu/hrportal/
- Select “NYS Payroll Online (NYSPO)”
- Log in to NYSPO
- Once logged in, navigate to:
Self Service → View/Print W‑2
- Select the year 2025 to download or print your form
For additional information, or instructions on setting up your NYSPO account for the
first time, please visit the Payroll webpage.
