Toiletry Drive Competition

To the Campus Community:
We're just one week away from the FSC Inaugural Day of Service and you can still make a difference!
On Thursday, April 20, the Nexus Center Office of Community and Civic Engagement will host this exciting gathering of the FSC community. The day’s events begin at 11 a.m. in the Campus Center ballroom with a lecture by
George Takei, a renowned Asian-American actor and human rights activist, followed by a campus-wide
group photo at 12:15 p.m. in front of the amphitheater for faculty, staff, and students.
A Day of Service t-shirt will be given to all attendees to wear for the photo.
On April 20, we will also celebrate the end of a three-week-long Toiletry Drive to benefit five local philanthropic organizations and our very own FSC Food Pantry. Collection bins for the Toiletry Drive will be in various locations across campus.
See the Toiletry Drive event page for more information on collection bin locations and list of suggested donation items.
The first 200 guests who generously bring a toiletry item to the Day of Service lecture
will receive a complimentary George Takei book.
Be a part of something special and join us for FSC'S Inaugural Day of Service.
