Spring 2026 Student Feedback Surveys
To All Faculty:
As we approach the final weeks of the spring 2026 semester, we are reminded of Farmingdale
State College’s core identity as a student-first institution. Part of maintaining
that commitment involves listening to the voices of those we teach.
Student feedback surveys are available for distribution in Axiom Mentor and will remain
open through May 13, 2026.
Although these surveys are not mandatory for the review process, it is good professional
practice to seek and use feedback to improve. Student feedback provides invaluable
data that helps us refine our courses, identify strengths, and target areas for development.
Collecting and analyzing student perspectives is a powerful tool for pedagogical growth
and instructional improvement. By actively seeking and learning from student feedback,
we model the very habits of lifelong learning and critical self-reflection that we
hope to instill in our graduates.
Improving instruction through student feedback aligns directly with our campus goal
of improving student success. Gathering insights into the student experience at FSC
provides the foundation for making institutional changes that support our students’
academic and personal growth.
