Accepted Students Day 2025
To Faculty and Staff:
After careful consideration, we have decided not to host a single, large-scale Accepted
Students Day event this year, but instead offer a series of accepted student opportunities. We
recognize the importance of connecting with students as they make their final college
decisions, and we are implementing a series of personalized and high-impact engagement
efforts to ensure they feel welcomed and excited about joining Farmingdale State College
this fall.
These initiatives include:
- Smaller, more tailored campus visit opportunities for students and families to engage one-on-one with faculty, staff, and current students.
- Expanded virtual engagement efforts, including live Q & A sessions, next steps in the enrollment process, academic spotlights,
and student experience panels.
- Direct outreach through personalized communications and engagement touchpoints across multiple channels, reinforcing FSC’s commitment to student success.
While this spring’s approach may be a bit different from that of past years, we are
confident that these efforts will allow us to connect with accepted students in meaningful
ways. Our commitment to engaging and supporting our accepted students and their families
remains stronger than ever, and your involvement is critical in welcoming these students
and ensuring they remain excited. More details on how you can participate in these
efforts will be shared soon.
