Uncertainty in the Middle East
To the Campus Community:
Our thoughts are with our students, faculty, and staff who have family and friends
in the many countries impacted by the incipient war with Iran. We recognize how difficult
it can be to focus on daily life when our thoughts are with loved ones who might be
facing uncertainty and unpredictability.
All of us at Farmingdale State College are hoping for a speedy resolution and for
the safety of everyone affected. Please know that we care deeply about your well-being
and stand ready to offer support. If you are a student and need assistance or simply
wish to talk with someone, we encourage you to reach out to the Dean of Students Office at Dean.Students@farmingdale.edu or 934-420-2104. We are here to listen, connect you with resources, and help you
navigate challenges that may arise during this time.
On behalf of the entire Farmingdale community, we extend our ongoing concern and our
hope for the safety and security of the innocent citizens and visitors in those regions
impacted by the conflict.
