Ryder Cup Week

Dear Colleagues:

Welcome back. Thank you for your flexibility during a week of Ryder Cup practice and official play that brought tens of thousands of fans to the Farmingdale area during our unique FSC campus break. For those of you who ventured here last week, you passed through security and experienced the thousands of cars, dozens of full-sized shuttle buses, media vehicles, and additional security—especially on the day of President Trump's visit—that filled our campus. Thanks to University Police for their outstanding work during the week, and to our Facilities Operations team for their incredible preparation of our campus.

Today, Monday morning, brought our usual flow of students, faculty, and staff back to the College. Great competitive spirit filled the Bethpage Black Golf Course, and congratulations to Europe on their win, but I'm pleased to have our strong, competitive, and focused students back in their courses on campus.
