To the Campus Community:
On Monday, February 12, IT will be implementing a new helpdesk system for the campus.
This new “Service Desk Portal” will be powered by a tool called TeamDynamix and will
provide opportunity for both IT and our campus constituents to take advantage of new
processes and workflows for IT support. In addition, TeamDynamix provides a number
of self-service options via a newly developed customer portal.
A link to access the new Service Desk Portal will be provided on the Information Technology webpage on the morning of February 12.
