Performance Programs and Evaluations for Professional Staff
The Policies of the Board of Trustees require that each professional employee, including
part time employees, in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit have their performance
evaluated once a year.
The Professional Performance Program forms the basis for the annual Professional Evaluation
and is critical to the success of any review process. Each individual’s program should
be continually reviewed and updated in response to changing duties and responsibilities.

The Professional Evaluation form covers the 2025-2026 academic year ending on May
31, 2026. A new Performance Program must then be prepared for the 2026-2027 year.
The 2026-2027 cycle is from June 1, 2026 until May 31, 2027. This new Performance
Program should be in place by June 1, 2026.
Following consultation with each professional employee, the Performance Programs and
Evaluations should be completed as soon as possible. For questions about the forms
