Performance Programs and Evaluations for Professional Staff
The Policies of the Board of Trustees require that each professional employee, including
part time employees, in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit have their performance
evaluated once a year.
The Professional Performance Program forms the basis for the annual Professional Evaluation
and is critical to the success of any review process. Each individual’s program should
be continually reviewed and updated in response to changing duties and responsibilities.

The Professional Evaluation form covers the 2023-2024 academic year ending on May
31, 2024. You will then need to prepare a new Performance Program for the year 2024-2025.
The time period for the 2024-2025 cycle is June 1, 2024 until May 31, 2025.
A new Performance Program should be in place by June 1, 2024.
Following consultation with each professional employee, please complete the Performance
Programs and Evaluations as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the
