SUNY has extended the Telecommuting Policy through December 31, 2022. The policy,
accompanying application, and required paperwork are available on the Farmingdale
Telecommuting Information webpage.
NEW PROCEDURE: If an employee is applying to continue an already existing agreement, they can use
the Telecommuting Extension Application. This form can be found on the webpage in the Documentation section.
