The Policies of the Board of Trustees require that each full-time and part-time professional
employee in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit (UUP) have his or her performance
evaluated once a year.
Please prepare a Performance Program and a subsequent Evaluation for each of the employees
under your supervision.
Both forms are available on the Human Resources web page on ARIES.
The Evaluation Form covers the 2021-2022 academic year ending June 30, 2022. If there are no modifications to the Performance Program, check the box “Duties remain
unchanged for the upcoming year” on the Evaluation Form. You still must prepare a
new Performance Program for the 2022-2023 year, even if it is an exact copy from the
previous cycle.
