Campus Safety Update: Returning to Campus
To the Campus Community:
As we resume normal operations on campus tomorrow, please use all appropriate caution
as we continue to recover from the impact of the recent blizzard. Please be mindful
of areas of lingering ice and snow as well as any additional accumulation overnight
which could result in slippery conditions around campus and the surrounding community.
Snow removal will continue throughout the week as we work to clear the large piles
in primary parking lots. Please be patient and follow all instructions from University
Police as you arrive and depart from campus. Our dedicated Facilities Operations team
will continue actively salting and sanding areas throughout the week. We ask that
everyone use caution when walking on campus.
My sincere thanks once again to Mark Orlich and our Facilities Operations team, who
restored our campus to working order following a particularly challenging snow event.
