Reminder: Year-End Purchasing
To Faculty and Staff:
As a reminder, the deadline for submitting new purchase requests was Friday, May 2,
and the deadline to inform procurement of any pending encumbrances was Friday, May
9. These dates were included in the monthly reports distributed to account holders
this week, as well as in a previous communication.
At this point we will not be accepting any new requests for purchases in the current
fiscal year and will begin our process of account clean-up for the next budget cycle.
