RamChella 2026—What You Need to Know!

RamChella is just one week away—here’s everything you need to know before the big
day.
🎟️ Wristband Pickup
Wristbands are required to enter both the carnival and the concert. Students must
RSVP on RamCentral and have a valid and updated FSC student ID to receive a wristband. No other forms of identification will be accepted. Wristbands
will be placed on each student's wrist at pickup by a member of the OSA team, and
must be worn until entering the concert area. The wristbands are waterproof and will
not fall off.
Pick up Times:
- Tuesday, 5/5: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. in Quintyne 100
- Wednesday, 5/6: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. in Quintyne 100
- Thursday (Concert Day), 5/7: 1 p.m.-7 p.m. in Knapp Hall University Club
Wristbands will not be distributed after 7 p.m. on 5/7 or at the event site.
For a new FSC ID, visit University Police from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. To update an expired
ID, visit University Police at any time for a new sticker.

🎡 Carnival: 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
🎤 Concert: 8 p.m.
📍 Orchard Hall Lot
Access to the concert area opens at 6 p.m.
🎒 Bag Policy
A clear bag policy is in place. Only clear plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x
9”) will be allowed. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other types of bags will be allowed. All bags will be searched, so leave your bag at home for the quickest entry.
Prohibited items include weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal drugs/substances, glass
containers, cans, hard-sided/large coolers, large bags/backpacks (see bag policy),
laser pointers, and animals (except service animals).
🎉 Guest Policy
A limited number of guest tickets are still available. To secure a guest spot, students must RSVP and register their guest on RamCentral. Students who RSVP with a guest will be emailed
a link to pay a $10 fee, which must be paid within 24 hours. Those who have registered
and paid for a guest spot will receive a guest wristband at wristband pickup.
🌮 Food Truck Tickets/Merch
You asked, we listened! To reduce waiting times during the event, food truck vouchers
will be given out at wristband pickup dates. A limited number of tickets will be available
on a first come, first serve basis. Students must keep their ticket until the event,
as lost tickets will not be replaced. For those without tickets, all food trucks will also sell food at the event.
Exclusive merch will also be given out at wristband pickup. While supplies last, students
can choose one merch item as an incentive to get your wristband early! Food Truck
tickets & Merch are only available to FSC students.
🚌 Extended Shuttle Service
There will be one additional FSC shuttle pickup at 10:15 p.m. from Nold Hall.
ADA Requests
