To FSC Staff:
The Faculty Center is pleased to host StrengthsFinder: Discover Your Unique Strengths in an Introduction to Strengths-Based
Leadership. This day-long professional development workshop will offer an introduction to positive
psychology as it pertains to organizational leadership, as well as tools to leverage
distinct leadership talents to foster a productive, collaborative, rewarding, and
human-centered organization. The first part of the workshop will concentrate on individual
strengths and talent development, with a focus on the CliftonStrengths assessment.
The second part of the day will build on the earlier session, using Appreciative Inquiry
to think creatively about how to effect practical organizational change.
Employees must have their supervisor's approval to participate.
