2026 OCCE Awards—Applications Are Open!

The Office of Community and Civic Engagement (OCCE) is now accepting applications
for the following institutional awards:
2026-2027 Newman Civic Fellowship
The Newman Civic Fellowship is a yearlong fellowship that supports and recognizes
a student who embodies a sustained commitment to civic and community engagement.
2026 Community Service Awards
The Community Service Awards recognize students, faculty, staff, and groups that demonstrate
a commitment to community service. A recognition event will take place in April during
the Day of Service celebration.
2026 Future Funding Grant
The Future Funding Community Engagement Grant awards a monetary grant to faculty,
staff, and/or a department to be used for a future community service project or initiative
in summer 2026 to spring 2027.
