Web Training Session RSVP
Dear Content Contributors,
I am pleased to announce our upcoming CMS Training Sessions for this semester. These
sessions are designed to help you manage and update your department’s web content
effectively, while also reviewing best practices for creating clear, accessible, and
engaging content.
Dates and Times
- Thursday, 10/23 | 10:50 AM – 12:05 PM | Location: XXXXX
- Thursday, 10/30 | 10:50 AM – 12:05 PM | Location: XXXXX
Both sessions will cover the same material, so you are welcome to attend whichever works best for your schedule.
Space is limited to 25 participants per session. Please RSVP using the links below to secure your spot.
Topics we will cover include:
- Creating event pages that display on the campus calendar
- Uploading images and formatting text
- Using snippets (web components such as accordions)
- Creating hyperlinks and printing event flyers
- Accessibility best practices for web content (headings, alt text, contrast, etc.)
- Reviewing and publishing your department’s content
We will also set aside time to answer your specific questions.
Important: Please ensure that your CMS account is active and that you are able to log in before the training sessions. This will help us maximize our time together. If you experience any login issues,

I strongly encourage everyone who manages web content to attend one of these sessions.
They are a great way to stay up to date with the CMS, learn new tools, and ensure
that your department’s content meets our institutional standards.
