Temporary Access Routes During Laffin Hall Construction

To the Campus Community:

As part of the ongoing construction project at Laffin Hall, please be aware of upcoming changes to how you will enter and exit the building. These modifications will begin the week of September 29 and are expected to continue for approximately 18 months.

Be assured that throughout the construction period, safe, secure, and ADA-accessible routes will always be provided. However, due to the nature of construction, access points may shift from time to time. We ask for your patience and flexibility as we work to maintain safe passage for all building users. Additional updates will be sent prior to changes being made.

Beginning next week, contractors will start installing the temporary access ways. During this installation period, there will be a transitory phase where temporary routes will be provided until the more “permanent” temporary access ways are established. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation during this transition.

Your attentiveness and patience will help ensure the safety of everyone. Please stay alert for signage, updated instructions, and any additional communications as construction progresses.
