Last Chance to RSVP for Commencement 2025

To Faculty and Staff:

As a reminder, the 2025 Commencement Ceremony will be held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Thursday, May 22, at 7 p.m. Faculty and staff who participate in the processional or as a volunteer are invited to arrive at 5:30 p.m. for a dinner reception prior to the ceremony.

To make your participation as seamless as possible and ensure that our ceremony runs smoothly for our graduates and their families, please:

Let us know if you are attending and need regalia
If you already have academic regalia, please indicate it on the RSVP form so that adequate seating may be reserved for faculty and staff. If regalia is needed, kindly RSVP and order online by Thursday, April 3, 2025. A notification will be sent when the regalia is available for pick up.

Please note: If you have already ordered regalia for inauguration, you do not need to reorder for commencement. At the conclusion of the inauguration ceremony, please return your cap and gown to your robing room. You will be asked to pick up your regalia from the College bookstore prior to Commencement.

Arrive on Time
If you are attending the 2025 Commencement ceremony on May 22, please arrive at the main entrance of Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum with your regalia no later than 6 p.m.

Volunteer to Assist
Volunteers help line up students, adjust hoods, seat parents and dignitaries, and guide our guests. If you can help, please contact Jenn Infante for more information: ext. 2669 or infantjl@farmingdale.edu.
