Metal and E-waste Drive
To the Campus Community:
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Office for Sustainability will be collecting e-waste and metal waste materials for recycling. Proceeds from
recycled items will be used to benefit animals in need at our local animal shelters.
Suggested donations:
- Computer components (keyboards, towers, mouse)*
- Miscellaneous wires of all kinds
- Cellphones, home phones, headphones*
- Smaller kitchen countertop items or small appliances (metal spatulas, serving spoons,
coffee machines, blenders, choppers, etc.)
- Silverware (NO KNIVES OR SHARP ITEMS)
*Please delete all personal data from your devices prior to donating.
We hope you will consider joining us in helping to clean the environment while helping animals in need!
Please drop off items October 2 through November 15, 2023 (National Recycling Day) at the following locations:
Memorial Hall, room 117
Quintyne Hall, first floor
Orchard Hall, near the first floor mailboxes
Campus Center, outside the bookstore
