Delete Before You Eat
Today is the last Delete-Before-You-Eat Wednesday and the results have been outstanding. The campus community has so far deleted over
two million emails since the start of the Biggest Loser Email Competition.
There are still two more days to delete as many messages as you can from all the folders
in your email account that are not records and are no longer needed. If crowned the
Biggest Loser, you will win either one Complimentary Ticket to the 2023 President's Gala or two Complimentary Cocktail Party on the Green tickets at the 2023 FSC Golf Classic as part of FSC’s Biggest Loser Email Competition.
There is also still time to participate in the Email Trivia for your chance to win an FSC swag bag.
Don’t forget, April's activities have been an effort to increase awareness of FSC’s
new College Email Policy, which will go into effect June 1, 2023. Starting June 1, all deleted email will
be automatically purged from the Outlook “Deleted Items” folder after 30 days. These
messages will be retained on FSC’s email server for a further 30 days before being
permanently removed from the system.
