FEC Standing Committee List and Volunteer Form

Dear Colleagues:

I hope the summer months have been both fulfilling and restful. As we begin the academic year, I’d like to share the current list of Governance Committee Memberships. This information is available in Aries. Vacancies exist on several of our committees for both faculty and professional staff members.

If you would like to add your name to our volunteer list, please complete the Volunteer Signup Form. This list will be valid for the 2025-2026 academic year. (If you have submitted your name in the past, you will need to resubmit your name for consideration.) You will be contacted if you are eligible to fill any current openings. It’s important to note that, per our Bylaws, membership is limited to one committee at a time, with few exceptions.

Additionally, several seats are vacant on the Promotions Committee. Per the Bylaws, these seats must be filled through a special election. The Elections Committee will share details regarding nominations and the election process shortly.

Our first FEC meeting of the semester will be held on Friday, September 5, at 9:45 a.m. in Quintyne Hall, room 100, or virtually via Microsoft Teams. More information is available on the FEC Meetings event page.
