Call for Self-Nominations - ASC Board of Directors
Dear Colleagues:
The campus Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) Board of Directors term for the faculty
seats (5 seats in total) are due to expire at the end of this year. For purposes of
these seats, ASC is using the ‘Voting Faculty’ definition as defined in the Governance
Bylaws. Per the ASC Bylaws, FEC is to gather nominations for ASC’s consideration.
As such, FEC is seeking self-nominations from anyone interested in serving. This is
a not a Governance committee.
ASC Bylaws do not indicate a limitation of consecutive terms and they have shared
that the individuals who currently hold these seats have expressed willingness to
continue serving, and ASC has submitted a letter to the FEC requesting their re-nomination
for another term. If you would like to express interest as well, please complete this
Self-nomination Form. The form includes an area for a “Letter of Intent” to be uploaded. Self-nominations
will be collected until Monday, May 12, at 5 p.m. Once collected, FEC will forward
all self-nominations directly to ASC for further consideration.
