Celebrate Native American Heritage Month

To the Campus Community:

In recognition of Native American Heritage Month, the Artists and Lecturers Program, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Excellence, and the Modern Languages Department invite you to enjoy the dynamic artistry of the Peruvian Danza de Tijeras (Scissors Dance), performed by the renowned Los Chakas Qesquento.

This traditional Andean dance highlights athleticism, rhythm, and cultural storytelling, and offers a unique glimpse into the rich heritage of indigenous communities of Peru.
