Intent to Graduate Form is Due by March 27

Dear Graduating Candidate:

Congratulations! According to our records, you are approaching completion of your program requirements, enabling you to participate in Farmingdale State College’s 2026 Commencement Ceremony. This milestone celebration recognizes your hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. The deadline to apply for graduation is Friday, March 27, 2026.

If you intend on graduating in Spring 2026 or Summer 2026, you must complete the Intent to Graduate Form (ITG) by the March 27. This must be completed whether you plan to attend commencement or not.

You can review the status of your ITG in DegreeWorks. The status will display the message: “Graduation Application Received – Pending Grades.”
