Marketing & Communications Resources Update
To Faculty and Staff:
On behalf of the Office for Marketing and Communications, I am pleased to share a
few updates and new resources to more efficiently support the campus community.
To provide a more consistent, cohesive, and unified brand, the FSC Brand Guidelines have been updated. The first section includes the brand promise and a foundation
to understand, write about, and create around the brand. Scrolling down, you will
find guidelines for photography and logo usage, and a new section that addresses AI-generated
graphics. We understand that many departments develop their own graphics for social
media and other communications, and these guidelines are designed to help ensure a
message, look, and feel that is consistent with the overarching FSC brand.
We have also established two intake forms via Etrieve to help us evaluate campus requests.
Members of our team will review and respond to each form submitted:
In addition, we have launched a new Digital Asset Management program (DAM) to better store, categorize, and share approved campus photography. Users can
search, crop, and download photos for digital- and print-based designs. New content
will be continually added and tagged for search terms as we build our photo library.
Feel free to contact members of our team with questions or to discuss a project in
greater detail:
Thank you and have a great semester!
