ReADY Request—New Work Order System Launch

To the Campus Community:

Thank you to everyone who attended the ReADY Request training earlier this week. We appreciate your time and participation as Facilities Operations transitions to our new work order system.

For those who were unable to attend, or for anyone who would like to review the information again, the recording of the training session is available below:

The new work order system will be launched this Friday, March 6, and will be accessible via this link:

Please note that the link will currently direct you to the existing work order system. Beginning tomorrow, this same link will redirect to the new ReADY Request work order system.

During this transition, we recognize that there may be a learning curve. We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and continued support as we learn to navigate the system together. If you experience any issues or have questions while using the system, please contact facilities@farmingdale.edu and our team will assist you.
