Upcoming Transition to New Campus Work Order System
To Faculty and Staff:
We are pleased to share that the College will be transitioning to a new work order
system in early 2026. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency,
communication, and service responsiveness across all departments.
The new system will streamline the process for submitting and tracking requests related
to facilities, maintenance, and other operational needs. Additional information and
instructions on how to access the system will be shared with the campus community
as we get closer to the implementation.
We appreciate your support and patience as we work to implement this new system. We
also extend our sincere thanks to Associate Vice Chancellor for Capital Facilities
Karren Bee-Donohoe - SUNY System Administration, Administrative Coordinator Ambar
Batista, and Director of Facilities Operations Mark Orlich for their hard work and
collaboration in making this transition possible. Their dedication and expertise have
been instrumental in moving this project forward.
