Fall/Winter 2019-2020 Work

Currently, the Campus is undertaking many construction projects and will continue throughout Winter of 2020

Current Construction Projects

  • Lupton Hall Roof Replacement: A complete removal of the old copper roof on Lupton Hall and installation of a new copper roof
  • Demolition of Lehman Hall & President's Cottage: Demolition of one of the quad dormitories and the old President's Residence to make room for added parking and academic buildings

Projects Currently Under Design

The College has many projects currently under design with varying construction start dates within the next 1-2 years

  • Roosevelt Hall Renovations: Roosevelt Hall will be receiving a partial renovation to accommodate growing student spaces which will include the multi-purpose room. 
  • Knapp Hall First Floor Rehabilitation: Renovate the first floor of Knapp Hall to create space for student support services. Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of 2020.
  • Parking Lot Improvements Phase 2C: Renovation of lot numbers 1, 1A, 8, 9, and 9A and addition of parking near Sinclair Hall and lot number 6.
  • Replace Mechanical Systems - Lupton Hall: Upgrade the heating system throughout Lupton Hall
  • Construct School of Applied Social Sciences: Construction of a brand new 45,000 sf academic building to house Psychology, Economics, Geography, and Sociology.
