Ira Stoltzenberg Joins Farmingdale State
Business Management Department Welcomes New Assistant Professor
Ira Stolzenberg has joined the Farmingdale State College as a visiting assistant professor in the business department. He has vast financial management expertise in numerous industries.
Stolzenberg is a certified public accountant who received his MBA in taxation from Baruch College. Stolzenberg's professional background includes his former position as the chief financial officer at the licensed mortgage banker firms Global Home Loans & Finance and eHomeCredit Corp. He also has extensive teaching experience, having served as an instructor of several accounting and auditing courses and seminars. He received his BS in accounting from Brooklyn College.
Farmingdale State's business department enrolls more than 1,960 students. The department is designed to prepare students for a wide choice of business and managerial careers. Students pursuing a BS in business may focus in a single area of business or from a wider array of clusters in business, computer systems or sports management.
