Prof. Kwame Insaidoo Jr. (Office of EOP and Dept. of History, Geography, and Politics) on a transformative, overseas program in southern Ghana. Based with the University of Ghana, in the capital city of Accra, the 4-week program providea students with a holistic understanding of Ghana’s history, politics, society, and culture while fostering global perspectives and cross-cultural collaboration. You will explore the public areas, monuments, and museums in Accra with excursions to the Elmina and Cape Coast Castles, Kakum National Park, and other locations, such as outdoor markets and craft workshops.
