Open Mic Poetry Slam

Celebrate poetry, performance, and community at the Open Mic Poetry Slam, hosted by the Multicultural Committee and the Writing Center on February 13th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This event offers a platform for voices of all backgrounds to share their unique stories, passions, and perspectives through the art of spoken word or read their favorite poetry by others. Hear from poets representing a variety of cultures, identities, and experiences, and enjoy a cozy, welcoming space where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

Whether you're an aspiring poet, a seasoned performer, or simply a lover of creative expression, this event welcomes all to participate in an inclusive, supportive environment. Come listen, come perform, and come celebrate the power of words!
