FSC Ram Run 5k Runner's Edge Clinic

The FSC Ram Run 5K is on Sunday, April 3! Join us on 3/23 at 11 am in NOLD HALL RM 101 to get Ram Run Ready. Our 5K Clinic will feature staff from Runner's Edge NY, sharing about running shoes, 5K prep, and more. Then, head outside for Workout Wednesday, and run or walk the 5K course!
