You Can Design the Future.
- Have an idea for the next great mobile app?
- Want to build a better social network?
- Interaction Designers write the source code of the future.
- They work at the intersection of people, places and things, influencing the ways things behave and the way we interact with them.
As the world around us grows more complex, interaction designers clarify and simplify our experience with the world and encourage the development of more meaningful, and satisfying encounters with mobile devices, appliances, spaces, and tools.
The Interaction Design program at Farmingdale encourages a culture in which students learn the value of collaboration, discovery, social responsibility, and play.
Students will immerse themselves in an environment that focuses on the practical application of user-centered, needs-based design solutions built upon strong research and development, observation, and prototyping.
