Mathematics Learning Center

The Mathematics Learning Center (Whitman Hall room 181) provides assistance for Farmingdale students who are experiencing difficulties in mathematics courses or in the math required for other disciplines. Tutoring is available by appointment only, at no charge. Hours vary for Fall, Spring, and Summer A & B semesters. The Center is open for additional hours for final exams.

The Math Center is continuing to operate remotely during the Summer A 2021 and both remote and in-person for Summer B 2021. To request an appointment, please complete the Google Form.

The Math Center Google Forms submissions will be monitored during the following hours:

Summer Session A : Remote only (Online)

Monday 10 am to 2 pm

Tuesday 10 am to 2 pm

Wednesday 10 am to 2 pm

Thursday 10 am to 2 pm

Summer Session B: Remote & In-Person (Online & On Campus)

Monday 10 am to 2 pm

Tuesday 10 am to 2 pm

Wednesday 10 am to 2 pm

Thursday 10 am to 2 pm

Actual tutoring hours will be scheduled by the tutor for the convenience of both the tutor and the student. Requests for a specific tutor cannot be granted. Your cooperation will enable us to provide assistance to all Farmingdale students.
