Project Management Certification Program
The Farmingdale State College/Project Management Institute (PMI) provides a comprehensive review program to prepare you for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Project Management Certification Exam, and satisfies the 35 contact-hour requirement needed to qualify for the PMP® exam. The program covers the nine major project management subject areas: Quality, Scope, Time, Cost, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement and Integration Management.

The next PMP class will be Tuesday January 26th, Wednesday January 27th and Thursday January 28th 2016, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (three 7 hour sessions). Online instruction 15 hours (to be completed after the classroom instruction).
Our course satisfies the 35 contact hours required to qualify to take the PMP exam.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with at least 7,500 hours experience leading and directing project tasks in the last 5 years;
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4,500 hours experience leading and directing project tasks within the last 3 years
