Roosevelt Hall on the Farmingdale State College campus will be transported to the tumultuous 1960s when the student production of the musical HAIR opens on Friday, November 8.
This exuberant but also poignant musical portrays a group of young people in search of peace, love, and understanding, against the backdrop of a time when the Vietnam War was raging overseas while discord about it filled the streets at home. Irresistible hit songs from the show include "Aquarius," "Let the Sun Shine In," and "Good Morning, Starshine," as well as the title song "Hair."
Please note that HAIR is for mature audiences only. It contains adult language and a brief, dimly-lit nude scene. Tickets may be purchased at the box office prior to the performance. All performances are general admission.
