Marybeth Incandela Appointed Director of Human Resources at Farmingdale State College
Dr. W. Hubert Keen , president of Farmingdale State College, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marybeth Incandela as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she will be responsible for all aspects of the Department of Human Resources including recruiting new staff and managing compensation, employee relations, benefits training and development programs for the college.
Mrs. Incandela was Assistant Director of Human Resources (HR) at Farmingdale State College from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, Marybeth's career path took her to the private sector. Her positions included senior human resources positions at Oxford Resources Corp., Bank of America, and Citigroup.
She returned to Farmingdale State College in 2004, part-time, to assist in the Department of Human Resources . Mr. George LaRosa , Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance & CFO, said of Mrs. Incandela's appointment, "I am confident that with her experience, knowledge of Human Resource issues and familiarity with the campus, Marybeth will quickly become a valuable addition to our staff."
Mrs. Incandela earned her Master's Degree in human relations from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from SUNY Albany. She lives in Babylon with her husband Craig Incandela and her children, Douglas and Juliette.
