Leader of the Pack at Farmingdale State

The Back Stage Theatre Co. at Farmingdale State University of New York proudly presents the hit Broadway musical, Leader of the Pack, from December 1-3 (Thursday-Saturday) and 8-10 (Thursday-Saturday) at 8:00 p.m. in the Roosevelt Hall Little Theatre.

This musical retrospective celebrates the life of Ellie Greenwich, whose music skyrocketed to the top of the charts during the sixties. The show is a hit parade of her music: "Chapel of Love," "Be My Baby," "Doo Wah Diddy," "And Then He Kissed Me" and, of course, the title song.

The show is directed by Ted Kastrinos of Pt. Jefferson with musical direction by Kenneth Zagare of Coram, and choreography by Jamie Chandler-Torns from Commack. Stephanie Swensen of Huntington serves as Assistant Choreographer. The show features Dominique DiNapoli (Farmingville), Scott Palma (Farmingdale), Josh Giardina (Hauppauge), Amy Gluck (Holtsville), Donald Hopper (North Babylon), Melody Katta (West Babylon), Danielle Mitchell (Valley Stream), Suzana Novak (Medford), Russell Patterson (Farmingdale), and Eric Vazquez (North Massapequa). Tickets may be purchased at the door on the night of the performance.

Tickets are $5.00 for students, seniors, and children under 12 and $10.00 for the general community.
