Lee Nober, M.Ed, J.D

Lee Nober brings a wide variety of "real world" experience to the Sport Management Department. Having begun his career at International Management Group (IMG), the world's oldest and largest Sports and Entertainment marketing/management company, Mr. Nober negotiated a $40 million sponsorship deal with USAir--one of the company's largest deals at that time.

At Sports Concepts International, he initiated and closed deals with McDonald's and Univision--the leading Spanish speaking television network in the world.

Mr. Nober has coached international basketball overseas and college basketball at the Division I level.

A graduate at Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Nober won the "Labor Law Scholarship" there for excellence in arbitration, mediation and collective bargaining. He also holds a B.A. in Communications from Tulane University, and a Masters Degree from The University of Vermont and Harvard.

Mr. Nober is currently beginning his 19th year at Walt Whitman High School, where he teaches "Entertainment & Sports Marketing" and "Entertainment and Sports Management."
