Intent to Graduate form:
- File your Intent to Graduate form with the Registrar's Office before the close of business on April 12, 2024. Failure to meet the deadline may result in your name being omitted from the Commencement program and delay you from receiving your diploma.
Ticket Distribution:
- Tickets can be picked up at the Senior Commencement Fairs in the Campus Center, Ballroom.
- Additional ticket pick up dates are listed below:
- April 29 & 30: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Campus Center Lobby
- May 7, 8 & 9: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. & 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Campus Center Lobby
- May 15: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Alumni House
- Eligible graduates with a valid RAM ID will be permitted 4 guest tickets.
Caps and Gowns:
- Purchase your Commencement caps, gowns, hoods, and tassels starting April 10, available for sale in the College Bookstore.
- Commencement attire is mandatory for the ceremony. Try on your gown immediately to make sure of proper fit and verify your bag includes the hood, cap, and tassel.
- For pricing and other regalia related questions, please contact the College Bookstore at 631-249-3048 during regular business hours.
