Description of Program
Students in this program receive a background in biology and chemistry
in preparation for the specialized clinical courses in Medical Laboratory
Technology. Students are taught manual methods as well as automated
and semi-automated procedures in the student laboratories and at
off campus clinical affiliates. Upon completion of the curriculum,
the student receives an A.S. degree. The curriculum is nationally
accredited by NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory
Science)
