The Children's Center at Farmingdale State University of New York is accessible by bus, car or train.

Via Automobile

Long Island Expressway - to exit 49 South - Route 110. Travel south on Route 110 approximately 2 miles to Melville Road. Turn right onto Melville Road and proceed to the entrance of the college. Make a left at the first stop sign. The Children's Center will be on your left.

Northern State Parkway - to exit 40 South - Route 110. Travel south on Route 110 approximately 3 miles to Melville Road. Turn right onto Melville Road and proceed to the entrance of the College. Make a left at the first stop sign. The Children's Center will be on your left.

Southern State Parkway - to Exit 32 North - Route 110. Travel North on Route 110 approximately 3 miles to Melville Road. Turn left onto Melville Road and proceed to the entrance to the College. Make a right on to the campus and follow road to the first stop sign. Make a left. The Children's Center will be on your left.

Via Train

L ong Island Railroad - From Pennsylvania Station. Take the Ronkonkoma line to Farmingdale. Taxi from the Farmingdale Railroad Station to the campus (1 1/2 miles).

Via Bus

L ong Island residents can travel to the campus by bus. For service from western Long Island call: Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority (516) 766-6722. For North/South service call: Suffolk County Transit (516) 360-5700.
