The first class in a series of five. This workshop will be a general overview for setting up QuickBooks for your business. It will cover all the basic steps needed to efficiently use QuickBooks, including data file setup, setting up a chart of accounts, and setting up accounts payable and accounts receivable.

This workshop includes all the basic information an individual will need to start a small business, including a self assessment of strengths and weaknesses, the advantages and disadvantages of the various legal structures, sales and employee tax responsibilities, and sources of financings.  This session will also include a Citibank representative to discuss financing a small business, credit scores, etc.
