A. If you did not file by the deadline of November 20, 2014 you will have to wait for the May ceremony.
A. The Winter Commencement ceremony is meant for those students who filed the intent to graduate form during the fall semester. Their names will be included in the ceremony brochure. If you completed your studies during the summer, you are invited to attend the May ceremony and your name will be included in the Commencement Program.
A. Yes, you must have a cap and gown to participate. Caps and gowns will be available for purchase at the bookstore. Visit the Barnes and Noble Bookstore. If you are unable to make it into the bookstore, please contact them to make other arrangements.
A. The tickets will be distributed on Monday - Friday, December 8 - 19 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Laffin Hall 314. Approximately six tickets will be available per student.
A. The number of tickets that will be distributed is determined by the room capacity of Nold Hall as well as by the number of students who have filed intent to graduate forms and indicate that they will attend the ceremony. In past years, students have been able to obtain a few extra tickets.
A. The Winter Commencement ceremony usually takes about one to one and a half hours.
A. Please send an email to email@example.com stating your name, and the name of your guest who needs special seating.
A. Yes. Your guests are not permitted in the gym during this rehearsal.
A. Yes, your picture will be taken by a professional photographer and will be available for purchase in late January.
A. The snow date is Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the same times for the rehearsal and ceremony.
A. A coat room may not be available. Please make other arrangements.
A. Due to space limitations, those attending Winter Commencement may NOT attend Spring Commencement.
